Little Gem Lettuce are probably one of the UK’s favourite salad ingredients and are often described as 'a combination of Butter lettuce and Romaine'. We grow our little gem in greenhouses resulting in a sweeter, more delicate flavour and texture than the outdoor grown foreign imports.

Harvested by hand and trimmed to reveal their crisp, tender leaves, Little Gem Lettuce work well in mixed salads, and in sandwiches. Foodies love it for its ability to hold dressings and flavour within its nooks and crannies.
